Julian A. Sanchez, Veronica Buda and Evelio Garcia, together, have over 60 years of combined experience handling personal injury claims. And, have taken personal cases to trial over 100 times. Our firm does not handle any other types of cases. We specialize in one thing only, and that is obtaining the maximum recovery possible for our personal injury clients, and as quickly as possible.

WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Our office is committed to being a REAL law firm. What do we mean by that?

All settlements are negotiated directly by the attorney and the insurance company for the at fault person. By contrast, most of the “big box” advertising law firms and even some smaller law firms have secretaries and paralegals negotiate claims for personal injury clients. It simply cheaper for them to have a secretary handle your claim. In those law firms your “lawyer” is really a secretary and the results will show it.

Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Garcia are both perfectly fluent in Spanish, as well as all of the law firm’s staff members.
